Vesanto Melina’s undergraduate training was at the University of London, England and the University of Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This led to a B.A. in Home Economics with specialization in nutrition. Graduate work included a Master’s degree in Nutrition at the University of Toronto, Ontario plus two years of graduate course work in Adult Education at the University of British Columbia.
